Complaint about a child care program and/or provider:
If you have concerns about the health, safety, or treatment of your child in a child care program, please call the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC) at
If you suspect child abuse or neglect, please call the Department of Children & Families (DCF) at
1-800-792-5200. Complaints are screened by the appropriate agencies (i.e. EEC, DCF).
Complaint about an employee of Home/Health & Child Care Services, Inc:
We pride ourselves in keeping you satisfied with our services and the way you have been treated. If you have a complaint about an employee of HHCC, let us know! You can contact us and arrange a meeting with an employee’s supervisor.
