Our Home/Health Care Program is a paraprofessional service. Services are conveniently delivered in the comfort of your own home. Our Homemakers and Home Health Aides provide individuals and families with the necessary support in order to maintain a safe and independent lifestyle. General assistance is given in the areas of home management, maintenance, and personal care.

All Home Health Care Staff maintain certification requirements established by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Health Care and Finance Administration (HCFA). A team of managers, including registered nurses, provides staff supervision and works with various local home and health care organizations to set up comprehensive in-home treatment plans.

We serve the communities of Brockton, Avon, Stoughton, Canton, Randolph, Holbrook, Sharon, Easton, Abington, Whitman, Bridgewater, and East and West Bridgewater.
